"Visitation" `09 o/c 72 x 26 1/4" - 182.9 x 66 cm

"Visitation" resulted from an uncomfortable night on a couch in my daughter's college rental. Roommates wandered through the house all night long, constantly leaving the light on in the dining room or kitchen. Later, an owl visited the tree outside, and hooted. The bags and sneakers took on other-worldly personas in the dim light.
